By accessing sjglobalsupply.com and requesting quotes or placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. S&J Global Supply LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Pricing is subject to change based on product availability, quantity, and market conditions. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until an order is confirmed in writing by both parties.

Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment terms are established per order and may include checks, ACH, credit card, or net terms for qualified customers. All government and commercial orders are processed in accordance with applicable procurement regulations.

Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product, quantity, and carrier availability. S&J Global Supply is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

S&J Global Supply LLC’s liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Products are provided subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
