S&J Global Supply LLC stands behind every product we supply. If there is an issue with your order, we will work quickly to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If products arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 5 business days of delivery at info@sjglobalsupply.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive items that differ from your confirmed order, contact us immediately. We will correct the error and cover all associated shipping costs.

Returns

Returns of correctly-supplied, non-defective items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis subject to a restocking fee and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Custom-sourced and special-order items may be non-returnable. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval or confirmation of a damaged/incorrect order.
